This is a consulting process developed for a UNDP open call in order to help Guatemala City Council to establish a coherent strategy for a Smart City Master Plan.
The result has been a deep analysis of the current use of technology for urban issues and consequently a proposal for a more integrated system of collaboration between them.
A platform based on the Civic Card has been our proposal, understood as a clear way to structure the collaboration and interaction between different city departments and services.
This could be an opportunity to be more efficient and to get important data through the synchronization of different services. This data could be an important key to make the right decision for the future.
